Wedding Registry
Growing up, we were taught that the most rewarding moments in life come from giving back to others. We have been blessed with all that we need to be happy: warm & loving families and an amazing group of supportive & caring friends. Being surrounded by the people we love the most is the best gift we could ask for during our wedding weekend.

For this reason, we have chosen not to register for wedding gifts and decided to begin our marriage by supporting the causes that are near and dear to our hearts. For those of you who feel compelled to share a token of your esteem, please consider making a charitable donation to one of our favorite causes.

Taste of Hope is the American Cancer Society’s signature culinary, wine, and spirits event, featuring some of New York’s most popular restaurants and beverage vendors. Guests enjoy a walk-around tasting where they can sample signature dishes, premier wines and spirits, and inventive cocktails all while raising money to keep the Hope Lodge open, a place where cancer patients and their families stay for free when undergoing treatment in the later stages of the disease. Taste of Hope also raises money for research on ways to attack cancer from every single angle.
Brittany has served on the Taste of Hope Committee for fourteen years. She’s been the events Media Chair for the past three years and uses this as one of the ways she honors the 15 family members and friends that she’s lost to cancer. Currently, she has five family members currently battling the disease and several in remission. Hope starts with you.
In December 2018, Brittany established the Tisch Black Alumni Council Scholarship as one of the ways she supports students who’ve shared similar experiences as her as they navigate through Tisch. In the world we live in today, we need to make sure that if we have the means, we empower our youth to “Carpe the hell out of diem.” Brittany and Oliver are delighted to be in a position to contribute to this scholarship fund that will defray some of the costs for these students to attend NYU's Tisch School of the Arts.

Attending and graduating from Tisch equipped Brittany with a world-class education, a powerful network, creative collaborators, and a family who's held her down since the day she stepped foot on NYU's campus. The bonds that were forged during her time at Tisch is one of the reasons why the Tisch Black Alumni Council was founded. We want to support students so they can stay at Tisch, matriculate through graduation, and make amazing art that touches the world.
